Milford House

The photographs taken of the house are at the tail end of construction. The pool and landscape design are in process this summer. The house became a machine for views to the water below. Oriented on the site to maximize square feet, the massing of the house became playful on the facade facing away from the street. The upper story bedrooms captured the purist views on the site.

Tight on either side, this site has expansive views out at the Long Island Sound that create a horizontal line from every view.
